Sap doesn't stand a chance!
Tree sap is so tough to remove because it is oil based so most soap doesn't remove it very well. Loggers have known for a long time that peanut butter removes sap well because peanut butter is also oil based but who wants to wash their hands(or beard) with peanut butter?
Our Sappy Soap is the best of both worlds, a soap MADE FROM PEANUT BUTTER but lathers like a bar of soap should! It also has oatmeal and coffee grounds in it for added scrubbing and texture. It works great!
We sent out a bunch of bars to various Arborists and Loggers and everybody loved the soap so we are excited to have it on the site now!
Our latest batch smells like sap! Get rid of that sap, but keep the smell!

Yes, I would recommend it!
Works as described for helping to remove pitch (pine sap). Worth having as it is difficult, at best. This soap makes it significantly easier.
