Arbsession® Fiberglass Hollow Poles were designed to be lightweight, rigid, and resist splintering in your hands.
The base poles have a female ferrule for attaching pruning attachments or an extension pole, and includes a rubber boot at the base to protect the pole.
The extension poles have a male ferrule and a female ferrule. These are used to extend the overall length. When a overall length is desired an open female ferrule can be used to attach a pruner or pole saw head.
